Its a nice app to have, however, it would be a solid 5 stars if it could link to the apple health app.

I dont know why leading medical institutions like UCLA is using this app/service when there are better apps out there. Cant even schedule or request an appt with it.

App is easy to use and navigate through. Would be nice if emails showed up vs having to log into the app but maybe I just havent found that feature due to not really looking yet.

I have to log into through safari in order to read any letters from my doctors, why cant there be a tab in messages to switch over to view letters? Also it would be nice to have 2 step verification since this is very personal information.

The app is a great tool for navigating appointments. However, adding the full information (check in desk) would be greatly appreciated.

I was able to message and make a sooner appointment than I could on their website which is cool! Plus you can communicate with your doctor!

This app used to be great. I once was able to request & schedule appointments but I no longer have that capability. I would also like to be able to see my sent messages.

"Problems communicating with the server" is the only thing I ever see when trying to log in. App hasnt worked in almost a year.

I paid my bill through the app and my credit card was charged but the payment didnt go through to the clinic. It took weeks and a lot of time on the phone to sort out.

The only problem is that I dont get notifications... So I have to go in every day to see updates on upcoming appointments... Please help or fix!!

Easy to use, reminds you of all appointments, perfect interaction with your provider. All meds and blood test results on file. Highly recommended!

I love this app. It has allowed flexibility in scheduling appointments, contacting my physician, and asking for prescription refills. The only complaint I have is I wish the app developers would incorporate touch ID into the login process rather than having to type in a password every time. Other than that, the app is great.

This app is actually fairly good and provides quick looks at data. Hopefully upgrades will improve it even more by including TouchID support. Without that the app loses its best feature.., convenience!

Why no Touch ID? And why cant I connect to Apple health app?

First the positive: It works well for basic functions like refilling prescriptions or managing your health reminders. Second the negatives: Why no touch ID also why can it not integrate with Apple health. Patients are quite tech savvy especially the younger ones, this is something I dont think heath systems understand. We as patients need the ability not just to request an appt. but to actually go on to the providers template and schedule the appt. Also its time to do an overhaul. This app looks bad like from iOS 5. It feels retro.

After update doing error on login! I can login on the website but not on the app!

This app needs improvements Pdf sending feature especially. Trying to just send blood pressure readings is a total pain, i have yet to find an easy way.

It would be nice to have the ability to log in using Touch ID

I love this app the only thing that bring it up to a 5 star rating would be notifications when I have a new message or new bill to view or up coming appointment. Super helpful super easy to use love it.
